Figured it might just have taken a day to update, but I leveled up 3 skills on the 11th, and its now the 14th and the recently gained levels section hasn't updated, also gained enough exp that day to get 2 new personal records as well - these also didnt update!

Yet it does say in the levels gained this week that I have gained the levels, just not showing in the other section.

Not that it matters all to much just thought would post it :P

Thanks for bringing this to my attention - a few User Profiles seem to have collected duplicate sets of data for the past few days, thus skewing the appearance of how the xp/level gains appeared on those User Profiles. Essentially, the data was still updated as usual in the database - it just wasn't being displayed correctly on the page.

I've now cleaned this up by removing the duplicate data, so the past few day's data should now be displaying correctly. :)

Have you removed the duplicated data for all those affected?

Or do we have to be done individually?

I have the same problem as OP. My previous levels do not show up, nor is my XP eligible to be counted in the daily xp gains leaderboard.

Any resolution to this would be nice, thanks

^ Sorry about that - didn't have time to get through all of the effected profiles that night so I left a few for the next day - but all of them should now be completely 100% displaying correctly. :)

Let me know if there's any further issues.

Now fixed. :)

(By the way, all of these errors were caused by issues on my host's end, not any of my coding/scripts - but they should now be fixed.)

My stat gains have not been recorded correctly.
Yesterday I gained over 100k xp total, of which about 30k ish was in agility.
Yesterday's stat history shows my gain of 74,208 but in rs the figure on the xp counter is 101025.
According to runetrack my current agility xp is 1,370,732, and shows a gain of only 10,139 but in rs the correct total is 1,391,817.

EDIT: It seems that it has now collected up all the missing xp and put it in today's gain instead.

Your stat gains for the past 3 days have been 100% correct according to the RuneTrack system time, there are no errors. The RuneScape counter operates on a completely different time system.

Similar problem as before - the daily personal records are working fine - but the recently gained levels has not updated for the last levels gained!

I gained both 79 theiving and 96 woodcutting on the 8th of December, yet it is still showing that the last level I gained was 75 construction on the 6th of December. :P

Sorry to be a pain <3:

Sorry about that - unfortunately there was a Jagex highscore error on December 8, so the "Recent Gained Levels" chart could not be updated for that day. However, this only affected that day (and possibly December 11 for some), but no other days. Every level gain besides December 8th's should appear correctly on your Profile - for example, your most recent Woodcutting level (97) will appear on the chart as it should. And I suppose as you gain more levels, the missing December 8 levels on that one chart will essentially be irrelevant once the space they would have occupied is knocked below the most recent 10 levels anyway. :)

This was somewhat caused by Jagex's new policy of wiping the xp from some accounts that they suspected of cheating - which I hadn't fully considered (the system always assumed, logically, that xp could only go up, not down). However, it should all be solved now, but feel free to let me know of any other errors and I'll take care of them promptly.

I'm a bit confused by what you're referring to, for three reasons:
1. February 2 was not a Saturday.
2. According to the RuneScape highscores, you only have level 88 attack, not level 90: http://services.runescape.com/m=hiscore ... ta%A0Pato5
3. Your most recent level gain was level 90 strength, which appears properly on your User Profile.

RuneTrack runs on Mountain Time, not your local time, so dates may appear slightly different from what you remember.

They appear for me now.

You need to wait until the system update (clearly displayed at the top left of the site) for certain aspects of the site to update.
