It appears that Empror1's name is in a bunch of wrong positions.

someone stole his username probably so that now all his stats are much lower

Abandoned display names don't become available until next week - however, Empror1 has in fact changed his name to A_Pyro_Fool.

Not exactly sure what's happening with the Thieving global records as the other skills seem fine, but I'll take a look now.

Found the bug and squashed it! All issues with the Global Records are now fixed.
