I stopped playing for over a year and came back to a profile without any personal records. I had this problem a couple of years ago and Swordkill just updated my stats. Could it be done again?

Same thing happened to me, haven't been playing for a while, came back in february and records where gone, stopped playing again, came back again now, and the problem hasn't been fixed yet
