Looking into this.

1.) Personal records are currently being re-calculated for all users, so that should be back to normal soon.
2.) If your profile is having any issues, make sure you have at least 10 IP views, then wait a day after obtaining the 10th IP view and your profile should be tracking again.

If your issue doesn't fall into the above two cases, post more details below so I can look into it. Provide a link to your RuneTrack profile as well.

I can still follow my old usernames as it says _______ has been changed to _______ until it says the one I had before my current one, then it says

as if I'm a nonmember. It's weird because even after I changed my name to what it currently is (La_n_a) my runetrack page was working fine, it recognized my name as the same person as before. I've been with Runetrack for over 800 Days, as a I recall, lost my tracking about 2-3 weeks ago.

I've gone through some name changes, each having been updated on the site 'Eri_c' to 'Helo_Hi' back to 'Eri_c'

and now when I attempt to link Eri_c to 'Confucius' it doesn't work.

I'll try the 10 views requirement again though. Let you know how it goes.

I've posted before, but I doubt it reached you, because it was in a different topic.

Basically, I have had over 1,000 days worth of stats, records, averages, and Page Views completely and utterly lost. At first I thought it was just a glitch, and waited a few days to see, even after recompleting the viewing criteria (i.e; 10 IP's), but still, nothing. I have also lost previous display names, but I am not too upset about that. I can tell you that I originally made a Runetrack on August 11th, 2011. Previous display names include Loots Always, Karl xDz, Karliii3, and the current name is Karliii3.

I really hope it is possible to correct what has been lost, but I understand if it is not.

Now my runetrack won't update for today.... I've gained xp today but it shows nothing. At the top of the page it says:

Not sure exactly what that means D:



EDIT: Okay, my page has now updated. It's also reset for a second time. I was up to almost 200 views again, and achieved some new personal hiscores. All gone. Again. This is getting really old...

My Original name was MaxCape. I changed this in the following ways:

MaxCape -> Conjurer -> MaxCape -> Cormag -> High Elf -> Magick

Once I had cormag, I tried to change it to High Elf. But Before the Runetrack daily update, I snagged Magick. Now there is a separate profile:

One for Cormag, and one for Magick.

Is there any way you can make it so Magick's data is Cormags? It's the same account, mine, and it's a final name. Because I Don't want to lose a year+ of data

Hopefully this is the right place for things. Got a problem with changing the name over on a runetrack profile and would love to have things fixed up to avoid losing 1500+ days of tracking & global records.

Current display name: 'Simoon' - http://runetrack.com/profile.php?user=Simoon (This was my original name; had changed it to 'Freeman' yesterday and then back to Simoon due to transferring the name Freeman over to my alternate account for OSRS playing)

It'd be great if the profile 'Freeman' could be changed back to 'Simoon' so I don't lose records.

I had my name manually switched with another player and my profile got wrecked.

My rsn is You Pick It and I gave the rsn Brent to Sheep Farmer.

I had a divination and a dungeoneering global record on my account and I lost all of my tracking data for the 1000+ plays I was registered for.

So to maybe help clarify the situation, my friend got my old page instead of is and this is what we are left with:

and me having to create an entirely new profile if I want to be tracked agin, which I do not want to do as I would really like to have my old one back as it had so much of my history on it.

I guess my question is, is it really even possible to get everything back? or should I just make a new profile already?

I am having a similar issue. I have 1000+ days with my runetrack. I recently changed my name from 'Ringwraith' to 'Frodo B', and my runetrack will not allow me to connect both accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated

i've lost my top xp gain history for the second time now. but its only effecting my main page, and i lost half of my ip views.
