I recently helped a good friend of my get his 10 different views that he needed to be tracked on the site. However it keeps saying that it will capture them at the next system update but it never does.

If you could help my friend sort it out I will be really happy and so would he.

If he can see his profile, try to refresh the signatures, it may update his table. If not, Sword may have to do it himself .
