my IP shows that I am in Chantilly Virginia, I am located in Boise ID

You should send this as a PM if you have to include an IP address, though even then it's not advisable. Don't give away your IP, especially online.

I think that is not your location it shows the location of your ISP address. You can also get this information from the site Ip-Details.com here they shows the details like ISP address, IP location, latitude and longitude.
