The system seems to have somehow been fooled and the username "Block" supposedly got every bit of XP on his/her account in one day. This is obviously no the case if one looks at the profile. If this could be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated, as it is throwing off the global records substantially

Good catch - it appears this was due to a name change, where someone transferred the display name "Block" to a higher level account in a single day. This is a very rare occurrence as Jagex policy dictates that there must be at least a 28 day window between display name swaps, but for some reason they'll occasionally make an exception to that rule for various reasons, and the system here will reflect that.

I've now reset this player's profile and removed the incorrect records generated during the account swap.

Ah, that makes sense, and thank you for the fix. As for switching names in the same day - from what I've heard, when someone obtains an account with a "rare" name, (through illegitimate methods or otherwise ) they can simply change the account's name to something offensive to quickly get it reset. This, then frees up the desirable name for their other account to quickly claim. Not sure if being aware of this will help you at all, but hey, knowledge is power.
