1. Make sure that the internet connection that you are using is working properly.
2. Make sure that the wireless network username and password that you’ve entered is correct. The name of the wireless network is ‘SSID’ and the password is either ‘WEP’ or ‘WPA’.
3. Make sure that the Roku media streaming player and router is placed within close proximity so as to ensure a clear line of sight for the signal.
4. Restart your Roku streaming player by going to ‘settings’ > ‘System’ and ‘System Restart’. If using Roku TV, then go to ‘Settings’ > ‘System’ > ‘Power’ and ‘System Restart’.
5. You need to restart your router now.
6. You can also connect to the network using an Ethernet cable, as it will improve connectivity as well.
7. In case you are connecting your Roku streaming player for the very first time, then you need to follow the network set up process in the right manner, as doing that will resolve the majority of error codes.
