There is a bug on Aug 10. I have gain over 4.8m ranged and 1.7m (around there) in constitution that day and they should be high enough to display on the personal record, yet I cannot see the records 2 days after.

I also looked up the Top daily hiscore on Aug 10 but it says "ERROR: RuneTrack Daily High Scores are not yet available for August 10, 2011" while I can see the record on Aug 9 and 11 already.

Thanks! Oh sorry for asking one more thing, I have got 5,481,201 ranged xp and 1,823,240 constitution xp on Aug 10, but I cannot find myself in top 50 records (daily) in a skill in both. I would appreciate much if that is fixed and share with my mates!

Same here + Best Farming Xp Gained In a Week Top 50, but the issue seems to be more general, because we don't have any results/data for Top Daily RuneScape High Scores for 3 consecutive days (12, 13, 14 Nov. 2011).
There is an error message like :

PS : Another example is Scuzzy5 new record in Best Farming Xp Gained In a Day Top 50 (14,297,030) not showing up.

Taking advantage of the topic, reports that the total global record level once in a while and appears bugar is "A Lv Too Low" with a total of q xp long ago that he got that record and is appearing again, I've seen it in about 3 days.
It straightens it and Sword :D

Yes, that his record is valid, I'm talking like he was coming to me these days on the home page it as top total xp, but when clicked to see the top 20 but it does not appear as top xp, guess I must be a mistake , that is still to appear here.
