Hi Sword

My player name in RS is D-Tam-Mar (as my username here).
Howerver your system has translated it into D_Tam_Mar.
Therefore your system is unable to find the player in RS and thinks that I have made a name change without reporting it. Also I (nor anyone else) can see the RS rank.

Hope you can fix this soon

Hi,

By Jagex naming conventions, D-Tam-Mar is an alias for D_Tam_Mar - both refer to the exact same account:

http://hiscore.runescape.com/index_lite ... =D-Tam-Mar
http://hiscore.runescape.com/index_lite ... =D_Tam_Mar

So whether you look up "D Tam Mar", "D-Tam-Mar", "D_Tam_Mar", on the RuneScape highscores - they all point to the same account.

Could you point out the page which is displaying the issue? From what I can tell, your User Profile is displaying correctly:
