yeah so when will they actually fix the glitch records for the three accounts in particular named above.

Just on another note i'm pretty sure you guys have managed to handle this past with other glitched accounts but many people who had rank 50 and 49 / 48 in some cases have lost their top 50 daily global record for each skill.

And for weekly generally the glitched account's have taken 7 ranks within top 50 weekly per skill.

Is it even possible restore those ranks? + combine that with recent xp gains to form the real top 50.

Also can u fix the delay in Reset. Everyone i know has been getting reset 1hrs 2hrs even 4hrs after supposed Reset.
