The existing profile for EpicDevSkill does not belong to the current player with that name listed on hiscores. If you check, you can see that xp shown on the profile is different than that shown for the player listed on hiscores. Apparently Jagex freed up the name and it was taken by someone else.

Could you please either rename or delete the existing profile for EpicDevSkill so that a new one can be created which will link to the current player with that name.
