Hi all,

Just wanted to give you a quick update on the bug fixes.

I have a script running which is checking all of the existing xp gains, filling in any missing days (there was a short period at the end of May when Jagex changed their stat feed a bit, so a few days of stat gains were missing from some profiles), adding any missed Personal Records or Daily High Score gains.

These checks are being run on every user, and looking at every day of stat gains since RuneTrack's creation, so it will take a few days for it to complete. The script will automatically correct most all of the issues posted here.

Once the script is finished, I'll then be going through each thread that doesn't have a green check mark on it to ensure that the issue was fixed, and fix it if further action is needed.

So hopefully any remaining issues should be fixed shortly. Thanks for your patience! :)

Can you reset my Runetrack? It's Loudkitten.

I don't want it to show the progress for my old skiller that I gained combat on. Jagex transferred name between my accs upon request and it messed up. http://runetrack.com/progress.php?user=Loudkitten

mine is still acting up, I don't know if the program hasn't gotten around to fixing my account yet, but I still haven't gained the #1 daily in smithing yet, the monthlies are wrong, and personal top gains are still not working :(

As you can see from my new posts, I was able to work through and resolve about a third of the remaining issues today.

I'll be spending some more time in a few days to work through the rest - I'll continue doing this until every thread in this forum has been resolved with a green check mark next to it. :)

Can you clear my top personal gains too? I don't like seeing them on it when they're all so wrong.

Just posting a quick update again - sorry for the delays.

In the next few weeks I'll be going through all the posts and responding/updating/fixing everything as I've done in the past.

If you've posted something in this forum - it will be responded to eventually. As you can see if you go back a few pages in this forum, I personally respond to every single question and work on all problems until they're resolved, at which point the thread is marked with a green checkmark. No questions or bug fixes are ignored or left unresolved.

So you can feel confident that whatever the issue is, you will get a response at some point. :)
