Thanks.

I went through all of these players and corrected their XP gains - for all of them, their XP jumped on Nov 28, 2012 due to the glitch, then Jagex reset their XP the next day.

I fixed their XP to not include the gains from the glitch, and now their records no longer appear on the Global Records.
