It was probably because they didn't exit into the lobby so the hiscores can be updated. Once in the lobby, you could update the clan tracker. Just a simple thing, that can be easily avoided.

Things seem to have resolved, but it took repeated attempts to capture some of the scores. Perhaps something going on at Jagex? Tam |
