Clan Tracking seems to have a problem when you try to create a clan competition this is the message received:

The following names do not appear on the RuneScape Hiscores

The rs hi-scores seems to be working perfectly

Set a tracker for my clan at 4:00pm New Zealand time today, and whenever I click the update stats button it reloads the page without grabbing any experience. It does however whiteout the button and say the 3 minute recent update.

After clicking the update button it reloaded with Last Updated: Oct 16, 2011 - 6:02 PM New Zealand Time (6 hours, 5 minutes, and 51 seconds ago). (Was at a gwd trip so I forgot to hit the Grab Stats button at 4:00pm, remembered when the trip was over).

Hi all,

Sorry about this, the clan update server was temporarily down - but it should now be back online and working perfectly.

Edit: I also went through and clicked the "Update Current Stats" button on any competitions which were about to finish within the next few hours, just in case the clan managers weren't aware the system was back online.

It's fine mate thanks for the fix! Would it be possible to change the starting XP of a member in our competition as we recorded her start xp manually?
