http://www.seattleseahawksteamonline.com/ethan-pocic-jersey , Seahawks promote Keenan Reynolds to active roster In not particularly surprising news, the Seattle Seahawks have promoted a wide receiver from the practice squad in response to Doug Baldwin destined to miss time due to a reported MCL tear. Head coach Pete Carroll confirmed on Tuesday that the team has added Keenan Reynolds to the active roster, which comes hours after it was reported that Seattle had signed WR Malik Turner to fill a practice squad spot left when CB Akeem King was put on the active roster. The addition of Reynolds means someone had to go from the 53-man group, and that’s safety Shalom Luani, whom the Seahawks traded a 2019 seventh-round pick for a couple of weeks ago.Reynolds is a 2016 Baltimore Ravens sixth-round pick who was a Heisman Trophy finalist while playing quarterback in Navy’s triple-option. He spent time on Washington’s practice squad in 2017 before the Seahawks signed him this past May. Reynolds From the looks of things, Seattle’s wide receiver group in Baldwin’s absence will be Tyler Lockett, Brandon Marshall, Jaron Brown, David Moore, and Keenan Reynolds. Carroll also indicated to media that C.J. Prosise might see some snaps at wide receiver, a position he used to play at Notre Dame before transitioning to running back. He racked up 4 catches for 35 yards in preseason, with a three-catch, 25-yard performance with the first-team offense against the Minnesota Vikings. Much like Baldwin http://www.seattleseahawksteamonline.com/will-dissly-jersey , Reynolds worked out of the slot position.Just to wrap things up in terms of Tuesday’s transactions, CB Simeon Thomas was signed to the practice squad, having been waived from the 53-man roster to make room for Earl Thomas’ return last week.
