I've been getting the following error a lot lately:

User 'sword_sword' has exceeded the 'max_connections_per_hour' resource (current value: 1)

When this happens, you can't access anything on the website including clan trackers and signature links.

Yes, this has been an issue lately - I'm working on a way to resolve it soon (in fact, it may already be resolved as it hasn't occurred in a while). I should also note that the downtime didn't occur during the System Update, so the System Update wasn't affected and ran normally as usual.
