Timezone converter not working. Told to access forums and enter a "missing location request"

Hi Bleissa,

Thanks for notifying me of this, I've now corrected this for your IP. Let me know if the timezone converter is displaying properly now.

Additionally, I updated the API version that the timezone converter uses, so this should help improve timezone accuracy.
