Post subject: Name change :(

So I started playing again and changed my name from "Mandarines" to "Justinn" but I was unable to update my Runetrack profile, now I changed to "Nucleus" and it still won't work, I'm afraid I'm gonna lose about a year and a half of data, anybody know what to do?
