I started this post in response to a message I sent to SwordKill. He was very polite and helpful and said that as long as there is a post in the forums that clearly explains the bug, he will do his best to fix it. In our case, many of us have been denied a Global Record due to an update failure or some other reason. This is the place to clearly say what the problem is and provide evidence of your record (this makes a fix really easy).

However, even if you add the experience gained from May 18th to May 24th, you get a number that is a little over 53m experience for that 7 day period of time (i would have gotten more from the 19th to 25th, but since it didn't update I don't think there is a way to see what I actually gained the 25th through 29th).

I hope this is what you meant SwordKill by clear. Pretty straight forward just a little bug that could use a fix.

Hello i am writting with purpose to ask a help for global hiscores bug / glitch. I received 1st place in runecrafting as player with the most exp on 3rd of March 2014 years and expierence in that skill 2,715,941 .Despite the fact my score is shown and listed on top daily hiscores , it is not shown on global hiscores in my profile . Could you fix this bug , glitch and make my score visible on global hiscores please ? Thank you in advance
