Not quite stagnant it is down $300k in four days. That's quite a jump. But don't haste to buy it. Hold for a couple of days or a week, it will be even cheaper. Just check the news and you will understand why. As for the investment option, wait with all of it when it comes to crypto. But then I recommend buying XRP.
