Hey there, I host a competition for my clan monthly. http://runetrack.com/competitions/compe ... p?id=20460 (her name is "His Light", but also Mamma G had the following problem)

The issue is that one person contacted me about not having her XP in the competition.

She did not change her name, and she was member all the time.
The tracker had her XPs right, untill the competition ended. Then her (Current) XP reset to zero.

Can this be solved?
