Ladies who want to build abdominal muscles in an easy way, try these 3 poses. It is a simple abdominal exercise that can be followed without back pain.

Here are 3 standing positions that you can do abdominal exercises without back pain.

1st pose, knee thrust, foot kick

2nd move, raise knees high, kick

3rd move, twist left and right

Complete 10 rounds. It's 3 simple exercises, but it really makes you sweat a lot. Girls should try!
