It is understood that unlimited vacation depends on the employee still managing to get work done.

The move comes after the company temporarily closed its offices in June for a week to combat workplace stress.

A new resignation policy was announced alongside other changes, including plans to close the office for two weeks a year.

Bumble said the pandemic made it "reflect" on the way employees work and encouraged a change in guidelines.

Tarek, president of Bumble, said: “It's clear that the way we work and the needs of our work have changed. And our new policy reflects what really matters. and how we can best support our team both at work and in their lives.”
