Thank you for working on this issue Sword. My profile was also recently reset (in mid to end July I believe) and I decided to reactivate my profile to see if the the stuff was still there but nope it was all gone like everyone else. Additionally, shortly after making my new profile in early August its been locked on a certain day for over 2 weeks now so I can't see any daily gains on it either. I would really appreciate if you could find the data from my old profile and link it to my new one, and then I am sure making it not be locked on a certain day is pretty simple for you . The display name I believe I had when it went missing was Gr3n and then after making a new profile I have changed my name to Gren

Same mysql errors when trying to change name, all records and IPs are stuck on the old rsn.
It created a new profile for the most recent name, and I got 10 IP views to activate it, but I can't update records from previous names.

Hi, my previous names used to be MalibuKaz and then MalibluKaz. If you look up MalibuKaz, it says name change to Maliblukaz, and Maliblukaz states Malibu_Kaz - but Malibu_Kaz does not exist. It did for a few weeks, then it disappeared - now saying I have to get the 10 IP's again. I had over 1200 days recorded - please get it back for me
