One of the members of my clan has a problem to get his profile created. It keeps displaying that all the account creation steps have been completed. But after every reset, it's the same thing again. The name of the person is 'Bramfra'.

We use this site for clan competitions in which it does a very good job but it would be great if this could be resolved.

I already saw another topic by a person that seemed to have the same problem and it got fixed.
