I friend of mine changed his rsn on Monday. He had a profile, I looked at it saturday under the name "iT ElLIot" - two Ls in elliot.

Now I try tp update the name change... and this is what I get:

It Elliot's xp cannot be tracked because this account does not appear on the RuneScape hiscores.

I tried the manual name change... and it doesn't work.

I looked up his new name: Mini Elliot and it created a profile.

In short -

You may want to check the spelling of the name. The account It_Elliot (IT_ELLIOT) was created recently, but it never had a user profile - according to my records, the account only got 2 IP views, so the stat tracking was never unlocked.

Maybe he had another name previously before this one that you're thinking of?

Edit: I looked into the 2 IP addresses - one of them is yours, and the other is from Google. This means that you've been the only person to actually view the profile. Profiles/signatures only become unlocked for stat tracking when they have attained 10 views, as the message states when you attempt to create a new account.

Let me know if I'm not understanding what you're saying though.

Okay - you're probably right. The clan we are in recently created a tracker for all our active members. I am 100% certain of the names, so it's possible that I missed his when I did the rest. I'm sorry.

I was sure I hadn't missed opening one, but accidents happen.
