I run a clan competition each week and this week I've had a problem with the tracking of it. It has captured everyones starting experience like it should, but now 4-5 days into the competition it is showing 7 people with 0 current experience and isn't tracking them anymore. One is because he changed his name so his previous name can no longer be found, but the others still have the same usernames. All the people this happened too are General+ in the clan. However, Me and 3 others who are General+ are still being tracked. 4 of the people who have 0 current experience showing also have RuneTrack profiles activated, and it is showing they are gaining experience on their personal profiles, just not the competition.

Hm, not sure what the issue was - I clicked the "Update" button and it successfully captured everyone's stats, so it should be all good now.

I run 3-4 comps a month for my clan - we see this occasionally. Refreshing the tracker after about 5 mins works. If it doesn't, I just sign in as the admin and then return to the competition. Usually fixes it right up.
