Zu den Skeletten kann ich Folgendes sagen. Es gibt völlig verschiedene Arten von Häusern https://bauen-fertighause.de/fertighaus-in-neuss/:
1. billige Plattenhäuser, die wenig kosten und schnell aufgebaut werden können, aber für die Unterbringung im Winter völlig ungeeignet sind - ein reines Sommerhaus.
2. vollwertige Fachwerkhäuser, die das ganze Jahr über genutzt werden können - im Wesentlichen Vorstadthäuser / -hütten.
