The next Muppets movie is set to release on the 23rd of November. To commemorate the event, adidas has redesigned one of their most iconic silhouettes in the form of the
Adidas Superstar Women “Kermit the Frog”. Designed with an all-green upper, yellow accents, as well as a collar crown that matches the jagged collar of the Kermit himself, this pair is definitely one of the most unique redesigns ever completed by adidas Originals.
The
Adidas Superstar Men, originally introduced in 1969, is one of the first low-top basketball shoes to ever see production. Today, this shell-toed icon has begun surfacing at select retailers in a simple yet stunning colorway. White leather is used as the base material, while red leather accents can be seen on the three-stripe logo, heel tab and tongue branding. Although this model has long passed its prime as a “performance” sneaker, the Superstar II is still one of the most easily recognizable silhouettes on the market.
Three Stripes’ iconic Shelltoe will always be remembered in its original black-on-white leather rendition as endorsed by rap pioneers Run-DMC. The

Adidas Superstar Cheap limited edition pair pays tribute to the one of the most iconic cartoons to ever be created by taking on a fairway green suede upper seen on the entire upper. Adding to the theme, hits of white can also be seen on the three-stripe logo, which matches perfectly with the back heel tab, shell-styled toe-box and midsole. This pair is finally finished off with a lime green outsole as well as Kermit’s signature green jagged collar.
