Ah, you do make a good point and I see what you mean..but in the end, I guess All Time Records has to mean what it is, and people can't really have their records just held back because they have so many of them.
Oh, and although RuneTrack does have around 1.2K users that appear on the RuneTrack High Scores and Daily High Scores - only about half of them have their stat tracking profiles unlocked, meaning their records can't be tracked. So in reality, the All Time Records charts are only based off of around 600 or so users, so there's bound to be quite a lot of duplicates. However, as the site keeps growing, I'm sure we'll see much more diversity in the All Time Records as more accounts get activated.
