EDIT: I've tried to think about it again. The privacy loss would be bigger than a chance of saving RuneScape account. A keylogger woud also get a bank PIN so it won't save wealth. This tool would help just retired players before recovery questions and bank pin are changed. (it could detect successful brute force attack or guessing if a scammer will get some xp, for example he wants to try to kill a Hellhound )

If you're talking about someone's name being hijacked it's not entirely possible because it's based on their name, so they would only lose it if their RS account was hacked. So you really don't have to worry about your RT profile being hijacked or like that.
