According to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, outfielder Nori Aoki and the San Francisco Giants have agreed to a one-year, $4.7 million contract. The deal includes a $700,000 buyout on an option for 2016. Aoki spent last season with the Kansas City Royals, who lost to the Giants in the World Series. The 33-year-old hit .285 in 132 games. He was acquired by the Royals in a trade with the Milwaukee Brewers, where Aoki spent the first two seasons of his MLB career after coming over from Japan.
