Possibly, Im not sure if anyone else has done this yet, but Runetrack was made in 2009.

There is a thread about this on suggestions which Sword Kill replied to but I don't think ever looked at it ever again.

Seeing there is a hiscore page for the '07 version, that would be possible. There's no "light" version as far as I'm aware, but parsing the information obtained from http://services.runescape.com/m=hiscore ... .ws?user1=[insert nickname here] should do the trick.

EDIT: never mind, it seems there is a light version after all: viewtopic.php?p=3011#p3011
