It's fine mate :) thanks for the fix! Would it be possible to change the starting XP of a member in our competition as we recorded her start xp manually? Thanks! Sure, just give me the full details on the change. It's fine, we fixed it up manually anyways :) Just a note, http://www.runetrack.com/ r...

Hi all, Sorry about this, the clan update server was temporarily down - but it should now be back online and working perfectly. :) Edit: I also went through and clicked the "Update Current Stats" button on any competitions which were about to finish within the next few hours, just in case...

Set a tracker for my clan at 4:00pm New Zealand time today, and whenever I click the update stats button it reloads the page without grabbing any experience. It does however whiteout the button and say the 3 minute recent update. After clicking the update button it reloaded with Last Updated: Oct 1...

Hi Plak, Unfortunatly there is no way to update a display name change in an active competition yet, so I have now made this change manually for you in changing "B Boy10"'s display name to "I G00d Eat U". :) I think I'd be in love with you if you added that feature to the clan co...

For some strange reason, when I hit update on our clan skill week tracker, instead of giving me the 3 minute delay and updating the list, it does no difference to the numbers and simply says the update button was pushed 7 hours ago.

Confusing? :P

Eep. My entire clan is complaining at me because Runetrack is constantly down :( I might have to change to Google spreadsheets until this is all resolved. Thanks for your ongoing investigation.

EDIT: Something you've done worked. There's no more downtime for me :P

Thanks Downfall - I really appreciate all your help in sorting this out. :) You are probably right that it's just occurring in a specific time window every day. But as this time window is in the middle of the night when those in the US are sleeping, we're not aware of it. I suppose if there had to ...

I used an American based proxy and it came up with the exact same error for me :( What exactly is the error message? And does it always appear every time, or are there times when it doesn't appear? What browser/OS are you using? I still think this has to be something on your end unfortunately - it'...

Hey there :) I was a bit bored sometime last night so I decided to experiment a little bit with RuneTrack's website - I am in no way endorsing that you implement this as a default design, I just wanted to show what I did and get your opinion on it. :) Hopefully I can create something suited to you c...

That same localhost error is happening yet again :( Nothing loads once more... :wall: I'm starting to suspect like the thread creator that it is load based issues causing this...

The website was completely unresponsive to me for a long while, now it seems to be okay, but it is still pretty slow when it comes to Clan Competition trackers. Thanks for the quick reply on things though, helped me out
