I would like to suggest 2 things: 1) Creator of the tracker should be able to stop other people from updating it. Reason is that if my competition ends at 9:00 cst, I would like stop people other than myself from updating it. If they update it at 8:55, then I can't update it again until 9:15. Maybe ...
