Things seem to have resolved, but it took repeated attempts to capture some of the scores. Perhaps something going on at Jagex?

I just now set up our group's monthly contest tracker. Thank you, thank you, thank you for fixing it so I don't have to convert the time to GMT. Wonderful improvement Swordkill ... your work is much appreciated by me and by our group of Old Goats.

Thanks!!

Swordkill, you are just super!!! I didn't realize you had reduced the time to 20 minutes, much less 15 (our next contest is in 2 weeks). Three minutes would be heaven! We could certainly live with that if you need to keep the controls. Thank you so much. We really enjoy having the tracker for our co...

Thanks Swordkill. I'm sorry if I was unclear. This is our experience. Our monthly contest only lasts for the weekend. In reality each contestant's gained xp updates only to the last time they logged out of the game (Runescape Hi-scores only update to last log-out). I don't understand what you mean t...

We had an awful time last contest because we couldn't control who "pushed the update button". We told everyone we could when to log out for mid-contest updates, appointed a player to push the button. Still, group members unknown were updating so that we never had a realistic way to tell wh...

Thank you for the quick reply. We had no idea our fun of being able to get instant contest standings was causing a problem. I'll let our members know that we're only able to get the information once an hour. Our contestants are in time zones from the U K to Australia so they play at different times ...

Our members have been enjoying, for months, logging out of runescape and then clicking "Update Competition Stats" to see their various standings. With this months "Old Goats - Slayer" we are unable to do that. We are getting a message that says the stats were recently updated. On...

Somehow when I set up our clan competition, Old Goats - Slayer, for this weekend there was another one set up, August Contest - Slayer. I don't know how I did it. I did get an error because two of the names didn't match RuneScape user names. The doubling up may have occurred then. How do I get rid o...
